All bird watching tours are designed to cater for small groups to a maximum of 4 people.

The duration of each tour in the field will be tailored to the group's requirements and can range from a few hours birdwatching to a days tour. Times will be seasonally dependent.
Each tour will be graded by a difficulty level. This will enable an informed decision to be made about the right experience for you.
Please bring food, drinks, snacks and suitable clothing including sturdy footwear to cover all climatic eventualities.
In the event of extreme weather conditions which would effect the productivity of a tour an alternative day can be arranged.
I do not have the availability of optics for hire during a tour. Having a pair of binoculars is therefore beneficial.
I have a telescope where group members will be welcome to observe birds of interest through.
I cannot guarantee that any individual species will be seen but I will take you to places where there is the best opportunity to connect with the birds.
I will produce a trip report highlighting the birds seen on your tour. If you would like to share photographs for inclusion in such reports I would gladly consider publishing them on this platform with the appropriate credit attached.
My vehicle a Land Rover Discovery Sport is available to transport tour members to enable you to relax and enjoy your tour in comfort from pick up to being dropped off at your accommodation.
The vehicle can comfortably seat three persons with a middle back seat for a fourth person. Optics can be stored in the boot / trunk.
Pick up / drop off from outside the Dorchester, Weymouth and Portland areas may incur an additional charge.

I will reply to emails within 48hrs. Once the itinerary is agreed I will send a confirmation of the tour including meeting or pick up time including payment options.
